The Auto Logger system in the VAIRKKO Platform is a shift tool allowing one shift to pass along information on to the next shift. In order to create a good auto logger (aka Dispatcher Shift Report), you must first set up some simple drop downs values. Once you have created your drop downs, you can now create a shift log customized to your needs as well as the next shift that receives it. Follow these steps below:
Step 1:
Log into the VAIRKKO Platform.
Step 2:
Click on "Admin" on the user bar
Step 3:
On the vertical menu (Adminstrator Configuration) on the left, click on "Tools"
Step 4:
Click on "Shift Log"
Step 5:
Up top, click on "Log Templates"
Step 6:
Click on "Create New" tab
Step 7:
From here, a new window opens allowing you to:
- Type in your Template Name and Template Description (Ex: Dispatcher Log, FTO Log, or Supervisor Log).
- Setting yes or no to Template Configurations.
- Check on the check boxes (Show These Custom Drop Downs) next to the drop downs created earlier to be shown on the log.
- Select and set your User Security and Access
- Select who is able to use this template
- Lastly, select the email group to be notified once a log is closed.
- Click on "Submit" to finish adding a template.
Step 8:
If you click on "Manage" tab, you can manage all the Templates created. You can update any Templates by clicking on "Actions" (Blue Button) next to the template name and select "View/Edit Item" to update the fields listed in Step 7 from above. You can delete templates by clicking "Delete Item" from the "Actions" blue button. Follow prompts to complete task.
