The Auto Logger system in the VAIRKKO Platform is a shift tool allowing one shift to pass along information on to the next shift. In order to create a good auto logger (aka Dispatcher Shift Report), you must first set up some simple drop downs values by following these steps:
Step 1:
Log into the VAIRKKO Platform.
Step 2:
Click on "Admin" on the user bar.
Step 3:
On the vertical menu (Adminstrator Configuration) on the left, click on "Tools"
Step 4:
Click on "Shift Log"
Step 5:
Up top, click on "List Management"
Step 6:
Click on "Add New" tab
Step 7:
From here, you can type in your drop down value (Ex: Vehicle Issue, Crew Issue, or Facility Issue) and click "Submit" button below to add the drop down value.
Step 8:
You can manage all the drop down values created: up top, click on "List Management" and click on "Manage" tab. Find the drop down value you wish to update, on the left of the name, click on the blue "Actions" button and select "View/Edit Item" Edit or update the name of the drop down value. Click on the "Submit" button below to save changes. You can delete values by clicking back to the blue "Actions" button and selecting "Delete Item" Follow the prompts to delete.
