The Auto Logger system in the VAIRKKO Platform is a shift tool allowing one shift to pass along information on to the next shift. Employees can come and fill out any log created in the Auto Logger system by following these steps:
Step 1:
Log into the VAIRKKO Platform.
Step 2:
Click on "Tools" on the user bar.
Step 3:
Click on "Auto Logger"
Step 4:
From here, you can view 3 things: Available Logs, Closed Logs, and Open Logs.
Step 5:
Available Logs:
- Click on the available log tab.
- Select the log you want to fill out.
- It will ask you to select a location from the drop down as well as give a name to the log.
- Click "Create Log" button.
- From this point, you can add under the QUICK ACTIONS box: 'To Do's' list, 'Points', ' Entry Points' and 'Notes' any comments/notes to the log.
- Once everything is filled out, you can review it by clicking on the left side button called "Final Log View" to view the log in a read only format.
- To finalize and close a log, click on "Close Log" to fully close out the log.
Step 6:
Open Logs:
Click on the "Open Logs" tab. You can click on any open log and complete everything on Step 5. by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the log name.
Step 7:
Closed Logs:
Click on "View Closed Logs" button under the Options box and filter, from here you can click on any closed logs and view the details. Make sure to click on "Filter Closed Logs" and it will guide you to the closed logs to view.
