You can very easily manage all your contracts/licenses in our system by following these Administrative steps. Note: Contracts and Licenses can be managed only in Administration.
Step 1:
Login to your VAIRKKO Platform.
Step 2:
Click on "Admin" on the user bar .
Step 3:
On the vertical menu (Admistrator Configuration) click on "Supporting Systems"
Step 4:
Click on "Licenses/Contracts"
Step 5:
Up top, click on the tab called "Manage Active"
Step 6:
From here, you will see a list of all your contracts and licenses stored in the system. (Type, Name of Contract/License, Search Words, Expiration)
Step 7:
On the left of the contract/license you wish to update, click on the blue button called "Actions" and select "View/Edit Item"
Step 8:
From here, proceed on updating/editing any fields necessary. Once done, make sure to click on button called "Submit" below to save changes.
Step 9:
You can easily archive your certifications by going back to the "Manage Active" tab. Find the contract/license you wish to archive and click on the blue "Actions" button. Select "Archive Item." From here, it will be moved from active to the archived tab called "Manage Archived"
Step 10:
To delete a contract/license, go back to either "Manage Active" or "Manage Archived" tab to find the contract/license you wish to delete. Click on the blue "Actions" button next to the contract/license, and select "Delete Item" to delete.
