Biddable Shifts
- An employee can request to work a biddable shift, the administration has oversight to determine which employee is awarded the shift
- Bid hours can be validated, meaning that if an employee has too many hours, has not met the break hours, is already working, has time off or has met ACA warnings. If the employee fails they cannot bid on the shift
- If an employee does not equal or exceed the staff role requirements they will not be able to bid on the shift
- Shift Templates can be configured to determine if Full Time and/or Part-Time staff can bid on the slot
- Schedulers can be notified when a predetermined number of bids are submitted
- Settings can be configured to allow bidding on half shifts or custom hours

Instant Fill Shifts
- Shifts that are instant fill allow employees to manually place themselves into a shift WITHOUT Administrative oversight
- Instant Fill shifts are validated against work hours, break hours, has time off scheduled or is already working. If the employee fails they cannot take the shift
- If an employee does not equal or exceed the staff role requirements they will not be able to take the shift
- Shift Templates can be configured to determine if custom instant fill is available
- Jobs can be configured to make all open slots instant fill or instant fill a set number of days prior to the shift
- If a shift has bids it will not auto-convert to instant fill
- Instant Fill shifts can be set to be displayed instantly or a specific number of days prior to the shift
