To set up your work-related settings follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Schedule Setup' from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: 'Work Related' from the in-app menu
Step 5: Follow the on-screen prompts to configure the following settings:
- Maximum Consecutive Work Hours - Sets the maximum number of consecutive hours an employee can work without a break.
- Minimum Break Hours - The number of off work hours needed between maximum work hours.
- Maximum Overtime Allowed - The maximum hours of overtime any employee can work in a week.
- Average Daily Hour Tracking - Setup and configure the Average daily tracking system.
- Attendance Related - Allows you to set up and configure the attendance events within the platform.
- Calendar Setup - Which day and time the calendar view starts on.
- Grid Editor Settings - How many days are displayed on the job grid.
