VAIRKKO has created an all-purpose API (Application Programming Interface) which allows authorized third parties to view data stored within the VAIRKKO system. This is done through an SSL 256bit encrypted communication channel to ensure privacy and security.
VAIRKKO's API is built using REST web services to provide the API with a simple and easy to use website URL. To get started sharing your department's information with a third party partner they must first be approved by VAIRKKO and setup in our systems.

As a VAIRKKO client you have an extraordinary amount of control as to what data and what level (Create, Read, Update or Delete) your authorized third parties have access to your data.
To set up your VAIRKKO system to work with an authorized third party simply follow the steps below:
- Login to your VAIRKKO platform
- Click on Administration / Admin menu
- Go To System Configuration
- Select General Setup
- Select API
- Provide your ADDP with your client key (a long alphanumeric string of numbers and letters)
