At VAIRKKO, we’re continually evolving our platform to give EMS and healthcare organizations the power, performance, and precision they need to operate efficiently. Our October 21st, 2025 release focuses on enhancing user experience, expanding API functionality, and streamlining administrative workflows—all while ensuring a cleaner, more maintainable system architecture.
This update strengthens the connection between daily usability and long-term scalability, giving teams the tools they need to manage data, certifications, and system integrations with greater confidence and clarity.
New Features That Strengthen Control and Connectivity
Editable Applicant Demographics
Administrators can now directly update applicant information—including email addresses and phone numbers—within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
This new flexibility eliminates the need to recreate applicant records due to data entry errors, keeping communication channels active and ensuring data accuracy across recruitment stages.
Enhanced API Data Returns
Our expanded API suite introduces additional data points for improved integration:
- Users API: Now includes Status Change Date, enabling more precise tracking of employment history.
- Certification Cloud API: Returns endorsement information, offering a deeper view of credential details for connected applications.
These improvements enhance interoperability, empowering developers and IT teams to build stronger data flows between VAIRKKO and external systems.
Refinements That Elevate the User Experience
Certification Template Form Reorganization
We’ve restructured both “New Template” and “Edit Template” forms in Certification Cloud for improved logical flow.
- Certificate Source now appears directly beneath Certification Description
- Default Endorsement follows Certificate Source
- CEU/ECEUs now reside under Scope Description
This small but meaningful change reduces user confusion and enhances data consistency during template creation.
Rider Portal Access Code Feedback
When resending access codes to riders, users will now see a visual confirmation with an animated waiting icon and success message. This eliminates uncertainty and assures administrators that the process has completed successfully.
Admin Memo Button Sizing
We corrected button sizing inconsistencies in the Memo Administration area to improve layout alignment and provide a cleaner, more uniform interface.
Performance and Reporting Improvements
Tooltip and Popover Optimization
We’ve refined how tooltips and popovers load across multiple areas, including the Roadmap Audit report, Grid, and Calendar Editors. These elements now initialize on mouseover, reducing background memory usage and improving load performance throughout the application.
Schedule2.IT | Narcotics Tracking Software Integration
To streamline workflows, checksheet links now open Schedule2.IT | Narcotics Tracking Software in a new window. This allows users to complete narcotics tracking processes without losing their place in VAIRKKO—enhancing both efficiency and focus.
Assignments Summary Report (Report 310)
We’ve improved the Assignments Summary Report with better data presentation and filtering capabilities, giving administrators a clearer, more actionable view of assignment metrics.
Behind the Scenes: Codebase and Stability
As part of our commitment to long-term platform health, we’ve deprecated legacy code references and refined internal systems for cleaner maintainability. These under-the-hood improvements reduce technical debt, improve stability, and pave the way for future scalability.
Looking Ahead
The October 21st release continues VAIRKKO’s ongoing mission to enhance performance, precision, and reliability across every corner of our platform.
