Created by Courtney Hazzard, Modified on Thu, 5 Mar at 10:17 AM by Courtney Hazzard

If your organization is experiencing issues with emails bouncing or not being received from the VAIRKKO system, please review the items below with your IT department and submit a support ticket to VAIRKKO requesting removal from the suppression list.

Please note: If any of the issues listed below remain unresolved, emails will continue to bounce even after we remove the address from suppression.

One of the following is true:

1. The email address does NOT exist

Example: user typed wrong, mailbox deleted, domain gone.
➡️ Solution: fix/correct the email address.

2. The receiving mail server is actively blocking you

Common reasons:

  • Domain policy blocks your domain

  • Their spam filter is rejecting your messages

  • Their server blocks AWS SES IP ranges

➡️ Solution: recipient’s IT must whitelist your domain or the SES IP ranges.

3. Recipient’s DNS or mail server is misconfigured

  • MX records broken

  • Domain expired

  • Mail routing problem

➡️ Solution: recipient must fix their email setup.
