The following explains the tabs located within the Collision Tracking area.
Edit Details
- This tab provides you with the ability to view, update, or edit any information pertaining to the collision itself. (this is identical to the add new tab)
Manage Other Drivers
- This tab provides you the ability to enter the following information pertaining to drivers of any vehicles not owned by your organization
- Vehicle Owner Information
- Vehicle Information
- Insurance Information
- Driver Information
- Driver Statement (this has to be hand-typed, see the documents tab below for an alternate way)
Manage Occupants
- This tab provides you the ability to enter the following information pertaining to non-employed/employed occupants of any vehicles involved in the collision
- Occupant demograghics
- Occupant Statement (this has to be hand-typed, see the documents tab below for an alternate way)
Manage Witnesses
- This tab provides you the ability to enter the following information pertaining to witnesses of the collision
- Witness demographics
- Witness Statement (this has to be hand-typed, see the documents tab below for an alternate way)
Notes
- The notes tab provides you with the ability to enter hand-typed notes
Documents
- This tab provides the ability to upload documents, videos, and audio.
- An option is to upload the statements to the document area and place "see document tab" in the statement area of the tab.
