Yes, you can easily add collisions to the Toolkit System. Follow the easy steps below to add, as well as manage your collisions in the system.
Add Collisions to the Toolkit:
- Log into the VAIRKKO Platform.
- Click on Admin located on the user navigation bar (Blue Bar).
- On the left side known as the Admin Configuration, click on VEHICLE MANAGEMENT.
- Click on COLLISION TRACKER.
- Click on tab called ADD NEW.
- Fill out all the information about the collision. (ie Vehicle, Crew, Pre-Collision, Collision Details, and Investigation Information)
- You can provide comments/concerns to this collision (Optional)
- You can also select who to notify via email by selecting an Email Group.
- Click on the SUBMIT button below to save changes. Congrats you have added a collision to your Toolkit system!
You can easily manage, update or edit Collisions by following the steps below:
- Log into the VAIRKKO Platform.
- Click on Admin located on the user navigation bar (Blue Bar).
- On the left side known as the Admin Configuration, click on VEHICLE MANAGEMENT.
- Click on COLLISION TRACKER.
- Click on tab called MANAGE CURRENT.
- Find the collision you wish to manage, update, or edit. To the left of the collision, click on the blue button called ACTIONS.
- Select any of the drop down selections to update collision information. Make sure to click on the SUBMIT button below to save changes.
- You can also delete a collision, by selecting under the blue ACTIONS button and selecting DELETE THIS COLLISION. Follow the prompts to complete action.
NOTE: you can easily find your collision by filtering it above. Click on Collision Filter bar above, click on the plus (+) button to collapse the bar and select filters. Make sure to click on QUERY/FILTER button.
