Fleet Management - Updating Vehicles

To update vehicles within the Fleet Cloud follow the steps below.

Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform

Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 3: Access 'Fleet Cloud' from the Administrative Toolbar 

Step 4: Select Manage Vehicles from the in-app menu.

Step 5: Select the 'Manage' tab.

Step 6: Select 'View/Edit' from the actions button next to the vehicle you want to interact with.

Step 7: Select the tab you wish to edit.

1. The vehicle can be updated from the 'Edit Vehicle' tab.
2. The vehicle's status can be configured from the 'Vehicle Status' tab.
3. The 'Manage Mileage' tab allows you to update the mileage of the vehicle.
4. Notable information can be viewed and entered from the 'Manage Notables' tab.
5. Files can be uploaded and viewed from the 'Manage Files' tab.
6. The 'Service Records' tab allows you to enter or view services records.
