To perform a maintenance plan on an asset follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Inventory + Asset Cloud' from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: Access 'Assets' from the in-app menu
Step 5: Select 'Manage Assets' from Assets in the in-app menu
Step 6: Select the 'Manage' tab
Step 7: From the Actions button next to the asset select the View/Edit option
Step 8: Select the 'Services' tab
Step 9: To add a non-scheduled service select the 'Add Service Event' button
Step 10: Select 'Edit Service Event' next to the service you want to perform
Step 11: Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the maintenance event
