Stock templates are required and make utilizing the iMAT system quick and easy. Stock templates contain information about the stock item; such as it's name, vendors, par levels, vendors, etc.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Inventory + Asset Cloud' from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: Access 'Manage Items' from the Inventory area in the in-app menu
Step 5: Select the 'New Item' tab to enter your template
Step 6: Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your item
Step 7: From the 'Manage' tab you can interact with any configured templates
Additional Information
- Item Details - The overall details of the item
- Vendors - This area gives you the ability to associate a specific vendor with the item
- Purchasing - Displays any purchase orders for this item
- Stock Counts - SHows the stock room count for this item
- Storage - Gives you the ability to set the storage area for this item
- Par Levels - This is where you can view and set the par levels for this item. You can mass update par levels by selecting 'Bulk Edit' from the configuration area
- Custom - Provides you with the ability to enter custom information
