Firefox is autofilling employee information

Firefox's autofill function will find form fields such as Employee Name, Passwords, Addresses, and Emails and enter information that has been saved by the browser. An example of this would be opening an employee's HR profile and that employee's email and password change to the logged-in users. To correct this problem please follow the steps below.

Turn off Firefox Autofill 

1. Click on the Firefox menu icon. (Three lines at the top right of the screen.)
2. Click on Options.
3. Choose "Privacy & Security."
4. In the "Forms & Autofill" section uncheck "Autofill Addresses." The system will automatically save your settings.

Clear Firefox Autofill data 

1. Click on the Firefox menu icon. (Three lines at the top right of the screen.)
2. Click on "Privacy and Security."
3. In the "History" section, click on the "Clear History" button.
4. In the "Time Range to Clear" dropdown menu, choose “Everything.”
5. Make sure “Form & Search History” is checked.
6. Click Clear Now.
