Use the QR Lookup feature to view employee certifications directly within the VAIRKKO platform.
How to Access QR Lookup
Step 1: Log In
Log into the VAIRKKO platform.
Step 2: Access Admin
Click “Admin” in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Open Certification Cloud
From the Administrative toolbar, select “Certification Cloud.”
Step 4: Open Employee Profiles
From the in-app menu, select “Employee Profiles.”
View Certifications Using QR Code
Step 5: Select Employee
Locate the employee and click the QR code icon next to their name.
Step 6: Open QR Code
Click the QR code above the print option.
Step 7: Enter Passcode (If Required)
Enter the passcode if prompted.
Step 8: View Certifications
After entering the passcode, you will be able to:
- View the employee’s certifications
- Click the paperclip icon (if available) to open a copy of the certification document
Search by Phone Number
You can also search for an employee by phone number:
- Enter the employee’s phone number in the search box at the top of the screen
