Evaluation Templates allow you to customize the different types of Evaluations to be used in your organization’s Performance Review process. This includes determining the Type, Title, Description, and Competencies used. These templates will be used to assign Evaluation processes throughout your organization.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Performance Management Platform' from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: Select 'Evaluation Templates' from the in-app menu
Step 5: Select the 'Add New' tab
Step 6: Follow the on-screen prompts to create your template
Managing Configured Templates
From the 'Actions' button next to the evaluation you can View/Edit, Disable, Clone, or Use the template for evaluation.
