Company Settings allow you to input your organization's Mission, Vision, and Values so that this information can be included in communication to your employees regarding the Performance Management processes and procedures. This company information can be integrated into your evaluation and the customizable email template.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Performance Management Platform' from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: Select 'System Settings' from the in-app menu
Step 5: Select the 'Company Settings' tab
Step 6: Enter your information
