Competencies are used to measure an employee’s performance. Each Competency is housed within an overarching Category. You can create your own competencies or choose from over 50 of VAIRKKO’s preconfigured competencies. To setup, competencies follow the steps below.

Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform

Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 3: Access the 'Performance Management Platform' from the Administrative Toolbar 

Step 4: Select 'Evaluation Criteria' from the in-app menu

Step 5: Select the 'NewCompetency' button to add a new rating group

Step 6: Follow the on-screen prompts to create your rating group

Step 7: You can easily edit configured competencies by selecting the edit button next to the competency
