Rating Groups allow you to customize your organization’s grading scales for performance reviews. You can create several Rating Groups to accommodate scoring for different roles, tenure levels, or review types. Rating Groups will need to be configured before choosing the rest of the criteria for your evaluation. To configure your Ratings Groups follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Performance Management Platform' from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: Select 'Evaluation Criteria' from the in-app menu
Step 5: Select the 'New Ratings Group' button to add a new rating group
Step 6: Follow the on-screen prompts to create your rating group

You can easily manage/edit your configured rating groups by selecting the Rating Groups tab and then selecting the Edit button under the Groups name
