Availability Editor Pro

To use the availability editor pro follow the steps below.

Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform

Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 3: Access the 'Schedule Management' from the Administrative Toolbar 

Step 4: From the Launch Pad area select 'Availability Editor Pro'

Step 5: Review the employee's availability. You can hover your mouse over FD and the blue line to learn more information

Step 6: Select the availability to see which shifts the employee qualifies for. For example, clicking on FD

Step 7: Select 'Assign' to place the employee in the shift
