What’s New

Scheduling & Time Off
The new modernized Schedule Manager continues progressing toward beta, with final UX and UI refinements focused on delivering a faster, more responsive, and easier-to-navigate scheduling experience. This work improves performance for large and complex schedules while making editing and viewing more intuitive. In parallel, we strengthened time-off workflows for admins and editors by addressing errors, improving fractional hour support, restoring mobile slot cloning functionality, and ensuring duration calculations are accurate across multi-shift days. These improvements reduce confusion, eliminate cryptic errors, and provide more reliable schedule adjustments. Calendar performance enhancements are also underway, with targeted optimizations designed to reduce load times and improve responsiveness so schedulers can manage staffing changes more efficiently.

Mobile & Field Workflows
Mobile reliability and Rider Portal stability were a key focus, with fixes addressing issues that could interrupt shift requests, availability changes, inbox access, and authentication. These updates ensure more consistent mobile performance and fewer unexpected disruptions for field staff. Enhancements to mobile clock-out functionality also improve how overrun time is captured, ensuring extended shifts are reflected accurately for payroll and reducing the need for manual corrections. Additional improvements to mobile calendar performance and slot editing make everyday actions faster and more accessible, helping providers manage their schedules more efficiently in the field.

Training, eLearning & Certifications
Training management visibility and certification accuracy were improved through fixes that restore missing individual assignments in training grids and ensure certification renewal frequency populates correctly when issuing credentials. These updates help administrators maintain accurate records, prevent unexpected certification expirations, and reduce manual cleanup. Investigative work on legacy prerequisite reporting clarified system behavior and laid the groundwork for future reporting improvements, ensuring training data remains reliable and easy to interpret.

Time & Payroll
Payroll accuracy and export reliability were strengthened through targeted updates that improve how time card data flows into payroll systems and ensure mobile-captured overrun time is reflected correctly. Customer-specific payroll export enhancements help align data with client requirements, reducing manual adjustments and improving overall efficiency. Foundational work on Paychex integration continues to define technical requirements for future connectivity, while upcoming enhancements will allow more flexible pay period configurations, including support for decimal-based pay period hours.

Platform, Security & Reliability
Platform stability and reliability continue to improve through fixes addressing time-off submission, Rider Portal functionality, mobile authentication, messaging, and payroll exports. These changes reduce errors, prevent silent failures, and ensure smoother day-to-day operations. Performance investments in the new Schedule Manager and mobile calendar responsiveness strengthen the system’s foundation, delivering faster load times and improved scalability. Ongoing infrastructure and platform modernization efforts further enhance overall system resilience, security, and long-term reliability.
