To configure your iForm templates continue reading below.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'iForms Setup' from the Administrative Toolbar

Step 4: Select 'iForm Templates' from the in-app menu

Step 5: Select the 'Add iForm' tab to enter your template
Step 6: Follow the on-screen prompts to configure your template. Read the Additional Information area below to find out more
Additional Information
- iForm Template Name - The name of your iForm
- Place Under Category - The Category the iForm will be listed under
- iForm Directions/Purpose - Directions for your employees on filling out this iForm
- Show/Require Subject Field - Do you want to show a subject line and require employees to enter information in this area
- Show/Require Narrative Field - Do you want to show the narrative area and require employees to enter information in this area. This area gives you the ability to capture additional information
- Allow Employees to Upload Documents - Do you want employees to be able to upload related documents when submitting the iForm
- Allow Employee 2 Edit - Allows employees to enter a 2nd person that is associated with the iForm
- Allow Employee 3 Edit - Allows employees to enter a 3rd person that is associated with the iForm
- Allow Employee 4 Edit - Allows employees to enter a 4th person that is associated with the iForm
- Require Author Signature - Is the employee submitting the iForm required to sign the iForm
- Require 2nd Signature - Is the second person associated with the iForm required to sign the iForm
- Signature Capture Method - If signatures are required how do you want to obtain them
- Notification and Assignment Settings - Please refer to the 'Forms Cloud - iForm Notifications' article
- Post -Message Text - Information to be displayed at the bottom of the iForm. For example HIPPA or Confidentiality Policies
- Viewed Within Locations - Which employee locations can view this iForm
- Viewed Within Departments - Which employee departments can view this iForm
- Viewed Only by These Groups - Specific employee groups that view this iForm
- Max Days of Inactivity - Number of days a submitted iForm can remain open without administrative interaction
- Notify on Inactivity Limit - Which employee group to be notified once the Max Days of Inactivity is reached
- Move to Archive Folder - Number of days after the iForm has been closed to move it into the Archive area. Closed iForms in the archive area are not deleted, this provides you an area to store older iForms
- Collision Detection - Allows the iForm submitter to compare the iForm against any other open iForms completed in the last 7 days using this template
- Allowed to Close This iForm Type - Determines who has the ability to close this iForm.
- AutoClose Upon Submission - Does the iForm automatically move to a closed status when the employee submits the form
- Require Final Disposition Upon Closing - Requires a final disposition to be entered when the iForm is closed
