To configure your Custom iForm Status follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'iForms Setup' in System Configuration on the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: Select 'iForm Templates' from the in-app menu
Step 5: Select the 'Active Forms' tab

Step 6: Select "View/Edit iForm" from the actions button next to the template you want to interact with

Step 7: Select the "iForm Statuses" tab to configure your custom status
Additional Information:
- The default "Open" and "Closed" custom status can not be changed or removed
- Newly Submitted iForms will have a custom status of "Open" unless the iForm automatically closes upon submission
- The custom iForm status will not reopen or close an iForm
- Examples of Custom iForm Status
- In-Progress - Denotes the iForm is currently being worked on
- On Hold - iForm is awaiting further information
- Reassigned - iForm assigned to another user
