VAIRKKO has always encouraged our clients to pass along any Suggestions/System Improvements to our development team that they believe will make the software better, more intuitive and easier for everyone to use.
We have several core beliefs regarding Suggestions/System Improvements:

Definitions:
Suggestions/System Improvements: Defined as a request by a current client for our development team to modify/alter/update and/or change the functionality of a standard feature within platform beyond the original specifications to behave, function or work in a different manner for the end goal of improved functionality and usability.
Policy:
Suggestions/System Improvements are 100% free of charge to our clients whose accounts are in good standing. Suggestions/System Improvements must be entered into the VAIRKKO Suggestions/System Improvements area available on Suggestions/System Improvements are processed using the following schedule/ algorithm:
- Suggestions/System Improvements must remain in the system for no less than 30 days before our development team will begin to process the request. Please note: "process" does not mean begin development efforts
- New Suggestions/System Improvements are evaluated using the following criteria
- Is the end result of the Suggestions/System Improvements currently possible within the platform as it stands today through other means?
- Does the Suggestions/System Improvements add new functionality to the platform?
- Does the Suggestions/System Improvements improve upon existing functionality within the platform?
- What percentage of users within a typical client would benefit from these Suggestions/System Improvements?
- How often will the Suggestions/System Improvements be utilized?
- On average how much time/effort does this Suggestions/System Improvements alleviate per day, week, month, year?
- Once the Suggestions/System Improvements is processed, our development team will begin working on the Suggestions/System Improvements according to our internal development roadmap/schedule. After the initial 30-day wait window is over our development team will begin investigating the scope of the Suggestions/System Improvements, identify other systems involved, reach out to the user if needed and assign a proprietary score to the Suggestions/System Improvements based on a similarly proprietary algorithm using the factors stated above.
While Suggestions/System Improvements are developed free of charge for our clients; our clients are unable to request a delivery date from our development team for the implementation of the Suggestions/System Improvements. It is because of this we offer an expedited development service. This service offers your company the ability to pay for a more expedited delivery date of your Suggestions/System Improvements. A: No, similar to FEDEX, you can ship your package via ground or overnight guaranteed by 10am the next day. With the FEDEX example you are paying for the expedited nature of the shipment. In any shipping method you choose, your package will leave from "A" and arrive at "B" but depending on which option you select, it may arrive more quickly. Our expedited delivery service works similarly; the development of the Feature Request is still 100% free of charge, you would just be paying for the development to be performed more quickly.
Q: What is the difference between a bug and a Suggestions/System Improvements?
