The VAIRKKO Platform comes with over 150 preconfigured reports. These reports allow you to pull specific data associated with each Cloud we offer. We understand that these preconfigured reports may not meet every one of your specific needs due to ever-changing factors. Due to these ever-changing factors, VAIRKKO offers free custom reports. As you may imagine, our development team receives numerous of these Report Requests each and every month and while we would love to be able to jump on each one that comes in right away, it is not feasible or smart to do so. With that being said, you will find our official "REPORT REQUEST POLICY" below which will help you understand the process that our team utilizes to handle incoming Report Requests/enhancements.
Definitions:
Report Request: Defined as a request, by a current client whose account is in good standing, for our development team to create a new non-existing report designed to return specific information from a specific Cloud.
Report Enhancement: Defined as a request, by a current client whose account is in good standing, for our development team to alter/modify/change an already existing report associated with a specific Cloud to return more or less information.

Report Request:
Report Requests are 100% free of charge to our clients whose accounts are in good standing. Report Requests must be entered into the VAIRKKO Support Ticket area. When submitting your Report Request be as detailed as possible outlining the end result of the Report. Report Requests evaluated using the following criteria:
- Is there any other request for the same report?
- Is there a combination of reports that will provide the same data?
- Which VAIRKKO Cloud is the report associated with?
- How long will it take to complete the report?
- Is the report data already stored in the VAIRKKO platform database?
- Can the stored data be displayed in report format?
- How often will the report be run by the entire VAIRKKO client base?
Report Enhancement:
Report Enhancements are 100% free of charge to our clients whose accounts are in good standing. Report Enhancements must be entered into the VAIRKKO Support Ticket area. When submitting your Report Enhancement be as detailed as possible outlining the end result of the Report, including the report number you wish to be modified. Report Requests evaluated using the following criteria:
- Are there any other Report Enhancements for the same report?
- Which VAIRKKO Cloud is the report associated with?
- Is the reported enhancement a niche’ request?
- What enhancements need to be made to complete this request?
- How long will it take complete the request?
All Report Requests and Enhancements are worked into VAIRKKO's existing development roadmap/timeline and because of this, we are unable to guarantee/promise that your Report Request and/or Enhancements will be completed on a specific day or even a general time frame. Once your Report Request or Enhancements is completed, our development team will notify you via our ticketing system informing you that the Report Requests/Enhancements have been implemented along with additional instructions/information pertaining to it use/location within the platform.
