Third Rider Portal – User Guide
Step 1: If it is your first time logging in, you will need to register first. Click on ‘Need to Register?’ Fill in the requested fields and hit submit.
Step 2: Enter the access code sent to your email and login.
Step 3: To add a ride request, select ‘Add Ride Request’
Step 4: Click on ‘Filter’ to set your preferences
Select stations that you would be interested in choosing from and hit ‘Save’.
Step 5: A calendar will appear with available shifts to choose from. Click on the shift you are
interested in and then select ‘Submit Request’
Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of the screen to view all your ride requests and the current status.
From the action area you can delete the request, contact the shift supervisor or view details of
the request.
Additional Information
- The calendar at the top of the screen will only display any approved and scheduled ride
requests
- If you need to make changes to your contact information, select ‘Edit Details’ from your
rider information area.
