Step 1. Log into the Vairkko Platform
Step 2: Select 'Admin' in the upper-right hand side of the screen.
Step 3: Access ‘Schedule Management’ from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: Select either the ‘Grid Editor’ or ‘Calendar Editor’ from the scheduling launch pad.
Step 5: Click on ‘Riders’ at the top of the schedule editor. The number in parentheses represents the current number of ride requests pending for the displayed time period.
Step 6: Ride requests will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Tabs with a green dot
means that there is a request for that day. Grey = pending approval or denial, Red = cancelled
or denied, and Green = approved and scheduled.
Step 7: To approve a ride request, hover over the request and drag and drop it onto the
requested shift (the selected shift will turn green as you hover).
Step 8: To deny a request, checkmark the box in the corner of the request and then select
‘Deny Selected’.
Step 9: If you need to send a message to riders, checkmark the box in the corner and then
select ‘Mass Message’. Type in your message and hit submit
Step 10: To edit an existing scheduled 3rd ride. Click on the ‘3P’ Icon on the shift.
Click on the blue button to make edits to the third ride or deny it.
