Step 1. Log into the Vairkko Platform
Step 2: Select 'Admin' in the upper-right hand side of the screen.
Step 3: Access ‘Schedule Management’ from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: From the Scheduling Launch Pad, select ‘View RiderPortal Log’
Step 5: Filter the data as needed and click on ‘Submit Filter’. The Log will show below with any
rider portal activity available. Yellow are pending requests, Red are denied or cancelled, and
Green are approved and scheduled. Click on the 3 dots at the top of a column for more
reporting options. This report can be exported as a PDF or Excel file as well if needed.
