Self Service Import Overview

The Self Service Import feature gives you the ability to mass import specific data relating to your Agency and will drastically speed up your VAIRKKO Deployment. The Self Service Import will mass import the following data:

• Certification Templates
• Departments
• User/Employee Certifications
• Job Descriptions
• Locations
• Employees
• Training Data

Q: Is there a particular format used for the import feature?

A: Yes, the import data has to be in either XLS, XLSX, or CSV format.

Q: Is there a maximum file size that can be imported?

A: Yes, the maximum size that can be uploaded at one time is 20 MB.

Q: How do I configure my document for import?

A: Each import document has to be configured for the information being imported. Please read the article relating to the type of data being imported for configuration directions, or you can use one of our supplied templates.
