To add a new Contract or License follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Certification Cloud' from the Administrative Toolbar

Step 4: Access the 'More Tools' then "Company Licenses" from the in-app menu

From here, you will fill out all the information requested:
- Select the Type (Contract or License)
- Give the name of the Contract/License
- Give a note or description of the Contract/License
- Set an expiration date for the Contract/License
- Select names as the responsible parties for this Contract/License who will receive upcoming expiration notifications
- Select a Status for the Contract/License (Active or Archived)
- You can also provide a Keyword/Search Word to tag a Contract/License
