To manage or interact with your employees' certifications follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Certification Cloud' from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: Access the 'Employee Profiles' area from the in-app menu.
Step 5: Access the employee's certifications by clicking the gear icon next to the employee's name.

From this area, you can make changes to the individual issued certification by either using the actions button next to the certification or the boxes located next to the certification.
Manage Active - Shows all active certifications
Training Hours - Displays any training hours associated with the employee
Unacquired - Displays any certifications that the employee is missing based on their assigned compliance rule
Add New - Adds a new certification
Manage Inactive - Displays any certifications that are inactive
