To view/lookup certifications with the QR Lookup feature while logged into your VAIRKKO Platform follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Certification Cloud' from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: Access the 'Employee Profiles' area from the in-app menu.
Step 5: Click the QR code next to the employee's name you want to print.
Step 6: Click the QR Code above the print option
Step 7: Enter the passcode if required
Step 8: After entering the passcode you will be able to view the employee's certifications, if the certification has a paperclip icon clicking on it displays a copy of the certification
Search by Phone Number
To search by the employee's phone number simply enter their number in the search box located at the top of the screen.
