Employee Certification Profiles

Use Employee Certification Profiles to view, manage, and update certifications assigned to your employees.


How to Access Employee Certification Profiles

Step 1: Log In

Log into the VAIRKKO platform.


Step 2: Access Admin

Click “Admin” in the upper right-hand corner.


Step 3: Open Certification Cloud

From the Administrative toolbar, select “Certification Cloud.”


Step 4: Open Employee Profiles

From the in-app menu, select “Employee Profiles.”


Step 5: View Employee Certifications

Locate the employee and click the blue gear icon next to their name to access their certification profile.


Employee Certification Profile Overview

Within the employee’s certification profile, you can manage and interact with their certifications using the available tabs and actions.

Available Sections

  • Manage Active
    Displays all active certifications for the employee
  • Training Hours
    Shows any training hours associated with the employee
  • Unacquired
    Displays certifications the employee is missing based on assigned compliance rules
  • Add New
    Allows you to manually add a new certification
  • Manage Inactive
    Displays certifications that are inactive

Managing Certifications

From this screen, you can:

  • Update certification details
  • Activate or deactivate certifications
  • Take actions using the Actions button
  • Select multiple certifications using the checkboxes for bulk actions
