The New Evaluation feature allows you to select the appropriate Evaluation Template to begin a Performance Review for an employee, an employee group, or the entire organization. You’ll add open and close dates here as well as helpful notes for participants to read about that Evaluation. Follow the steps below to perform a new evaluation.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Performance Management Platform' from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: Select the 'New Evaluation' tab in the in-app menu
Step 5: Select the evaluation template you want to use
Step 6: Determine who will be doing the evaluation and who the evaluation will be done on
Step 7: Determine the open date, due date, and frequency
Step 8: Enter any notes that you want visible by anyone accessing the evaluation
Step 9: Access the open evaluations by selecting Evaluations -> Open Evaluations in the in-app menu
Step 10: Click the name of the evaluation you want to perform
Step 11: Click the name of the employee you wish to evaluate
Step 12: Perform the evaluation
Step 13: After completing the evaluation click the generate score to see the employee's overall score
Step 14: After completing the evaluation click the sign off button to close the evaluation
Additional Information
- Closed Evaluations can be accessed from Evaluations in the in-app menu
- Evaluations that are signed off can always be reopened
- If you are unable to view an open evaluation or reopen closed one you do not have security rights or not attached to the evaluation
