Within the Message Frequency tab, not only can you determine how often to send alerts, you can determine different message cadences for Evaluators or Employees. Also configure the frequency for Goal email alerts to be sent to employees here. Frequencies range from every day to every year. Employee alerts can be sent via text/SMS or email.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Performance Management Platform' from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: Select 'System Settings' from the in-app menu
Step 5: Select the 'Message Frequency' tab
Step 6: Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your message frequency
