Categories allow you to create collections of Competencies by which your employees will be evaluated. You can choose the categorization technique that makes the most sense for your organization. Categories are designed to help you easily navigate competencies when building a Performance Review within an Evaluation Template.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Performance Management Platform' from the Administrative Toolbar
Step 4: Select 'Evaluation Criteria' from the in-app menu
Step 5: Select the 'New Category' button to add a new rating group
Step 6: Follow the on-screen prompts to create your rating group
