To configure your Labor Codes follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform
Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3: Access the 'Schedule Setup' from the Administrative Toolbar

Step 4: 'Payroll' from the in-app menu

Step 5: Select 'Click Here to Manage Labor Codes'

Step 6: Select the 'Add' tab to enter a new Labor Code
Step 7: Follow the on-screen prompts to create your Labor Codes
What is a Labor Code?
The VAIRKKO Platform gives you the ability to create a labor code that can be associated with a specific job and pay scale. This then allows you to pay employees extra if needed when they are working that specific job. Examples could be out of town trips, special projects, or special events.
