The VAIRKKO Platform offers an easy way of viewing all your employee time card errors and exceptions. To do this please follow the steps below:
- Login to VAIRKKO Platform and select Admin located in the upper right hand side of the screen.
- Select Schedule -> Payroll Management from the Admin Toolbar on the left hand side
- Select Pay Period Exceptions located below the filter area
Note: To ignore an entry either select ignore from the actions button or ignore row following the entry. The auto-punch feature will punch the employee in and out of the selected shift.
The Time Card Exception system will break the exceptions into groups by Location then by employee. Each exception will have a "severity" level which include:
- Critical - Data Validation: This severity level is VERY important to fix. This can either mean your company will pay too much or not enough
- Information Warning: Not Critical: This severity warning is information only however it is STRONGLY advised to investigate these exceptions to determine their validity and/or justification.
