The Classroom (ILE) Training Cloud allows you to create and manage venues associated with your classroom training sessions.

Instructions

Step 1: Log into VAIRKKO

Log into the VAIRKKO platform using your credentials.

Step 2: Access the Admin Area

Click “ADMIN” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: Open Classroom (ILE) Training Cloud

From the administrative toolbar, select Classroom (ILE) Training Cloud.

Step 4: Navigate to Venues

Select “Venues” from the in-app menu.

Step 5: Create a New Venue

Click the “New Venue” tab to create a new venue.

Step 6: Enter Venue Details

Enter the name and location of your venue.

Step 7: Complete Venue Information

Enter the address and phone number to finish setting up your venue.

Step 8: Save Changes

Click Save to finalize and create your venue.

Notes

  • Venues can be selected when creating or scheduling training sessions.
  • Ensure all details are accurate for proper communication and scheduling.
