Accessing the Actions button next to a configured course/test allows you to interact with the course in many ways.
- View/Edit Course: Gives you the ability to make any changes to the course/test.
- Mass Edit Questions & Answers: Gives you the ability to update all questions and answers from one page.
- Copy Course Permalink: Provides a link directly to this course.
- Print Certificates: Allows you to print a completed certificate for any employee that has passed the course.
- Assign this course: Assigns the course to an individual or group.
- Award This Course: Allows you to test out an employee without them having to take the course.
- Quick Test Review: Shows a breakdown of all questions and answers.
- Course Analytics: Breakdown of related to each question.
- Test Results: Gives you the ability to see the results of attempt associated with this course.
- Copy/Clone: Creates an identical course.
- Set as Inactive: Move from an Active course to Inactive
- Delete Course: Deletes the course and all records associated with it.
