To set up your essay question follow the steps below:
- Select essay from the Question type and enter your question
- Add any further information such as a training RX or inline documents
- Enter the manual graders for the essay question answers
Approving the Answer
- Once an employee submits a test with an essay question they will receive the standard completion page informing them the test will be manually graded.
- The manual graders will receive a notification letting them know a test needs to be graded.
- The manual graders will select the manual grading tile on the eLearning Dashboard
- They will then select the view answer next to the question they want to grade
- If the answer is correct they will set it to yes at which time the test will be graded and an alert sent to the employee and grader showing the completed score
